We want the plan to help. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.
Juumy Potty Plan and add-ons
The Dry Days Promise: 90 days from purchase. If your child isn't using the potty, or you just don't feel it was worth it, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout (or include your order number) and we'll refund every cent, including any add-ons bought with it. No forms, no proof, and you don't need to explain. You keep the app and the bonuses anyway: a refund doesn't close your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider; your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
Juumy Toddler Club
Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you joined the yearly plan and change your mind within 30 days of a charge, email us for a full refund of that charge.
